Xolos visit Puebla on Matchday 8, determined to end their four-game losing streak and climb out of the bottom of the standings.
In a pivotal battle to escape the lower end of the table, Club Tijuana (Xolos) will face Puebla on Game day 8 of the Clausura 2025. Both teams are struggling this season—Xolos currently sit in third-to-last place after suffering four consecutive defeats, while Puebla, in 15th place, is also in desperate need of points.
A tightly contested match is expected, with Xolos looking to snap their losing streak and Puebla aiming to capitalize on home advantage to distance themselves from the relegation zone.
Under the guidance of Colombian coach Juan Carlos Osorio, Xolos suffered a narrow 2-1 home defeat against FC Juárez in their last outing. Meanwhile, Puebla also played away in Matchday 7, losing 3-2 to Atlas at Estadio Jalisco after conceding a late penalty.
